This 1000m² residential project at 636 New South Head Rd, Rose Bay features 20mm engineered oak flooring installed across nine high-end waterfront apartments.
The thicker 20mm boards offered superior stability and a distinctly luxurious feel, but also presented a challenge — their rigidity required advanced skill and precision to achieve flawless alignment and level transitions.
Our installation team applied specialised subfloor preparation, precision cutting, and acclimatisation techniques to ensure each plank sat perfectly flush, preserving the timber’s natural grain and enhancing its coastal character.
The result is a sleek, geometric aesthetic that feels both natural and refined, embodying luxe coastal living at its finest and showcasing our commitment to craftsmanship in every detail.
