About Project
This 1500m² residential development at Belmont St, Alexandria features engineered European oak flooring installed across 23 luxury apartments, complemented by premium wool carpet in the bedrooms and 240 custom oak stairs.
From January to August, the project achieved a minimalist, eye-catching aesthetic defined by streamlined precision and flawless execution.
A special-order installation was required to dress the flooring neatly around each kitchen island — a unique challenge our team met with meticulous craftsmanship. The stacked vertical patterning demanded exceptional accuracy, as even minor deviations would cause visible misalignment, resulting in a seamless, architectural finish that embodies modern luxury.
