This high-end residential unit in Double Bay features a combination of herringbone and stacked-pattern engineered timber flooring, designed to bring warmth and sophistication to the interior.
The installation required exceptional precision, particularly around the curved window, where each board was individually shaped to follow the contour perfectly, ensuring a flawless fit with no gaps. The same attention to detail was applied around the large concrete pillar, where precise cutting and alignment were essential to achieve a clean, professional finish.
The rich timber tones pair elegantly with the marble countertops, creating a balanced contrast between natural texture and refined luxury.
